If you're seeing the "Cart not authorized" Error in your on-site shoppable cart, it is likely one of these two problems.
1. You may have the wrong website URL in the Cart Builder
To check this, log in to your Shoppable account here: https://app.shoppable.com/
Then click on "DTC" on the left and open the "Cart Builder"
Click the "Configurations" tab.
Make sure the "Go Live" button is activated and you have your production URL/domain listed correctly. If it's not, update it here, then click save.
The cart authorization should be fixed.
2. The other problem may be that your license has expired. If you think that may be the case, please contact the Shoppable sales team or your customer success manager.
