Once you place your order, Shoppable will send a confirmation email
After you click the Place Order button and the order is successfully received by Shoppable, you will receive an email summarizing your order. Shoppable receives your order and sends the details securely to the merchant who is fulfilling your order. After the merchant successfully processes the order, you will receive the order confirmation. Usually, within 24-48 hours you will receive a follow-up email with the tracking information directly from the merchant.
If your order includes more than one merchant, you will receive confirmation emails from each merchant separately.
